Have you ever pan fried hot dogs? It is pretty damn good. Slice them down the middle and fry them up on a ripping hot cast iron. For bonus points cover the middle slice bits in Mayo to boost that ole maillard reaction and give you that golden brown sear on the inner part of the dog. Then you take some mother fucking Hawaiian rolls, two of them, and you do the same shit. Slice them down the middle, Mayo those puppies up and grill sear the inner bits to a beautiful golden brown just like a grilled cheese sammich.
